  We only work with contractors recommended by other ADU owners and whom we’ve seen their completed builds firsthand. Each contractor passes our vetting process where we ensure they are licensed, bonded, insured, hold a portfolio of ADU work including references, and have consistently proven themselves reliable in the past according to the owners of the projects they have worked on.
  
  Transparency is key for the homeowners we work with, so we include the unedited responses to the questions we ask the ADU Owners who formerly worked with our contractors within each contractor's portfolio of work. • Contract Terms and Conditions are Agreed Upon
  Our general contractors agree to prepare bids with favorable terms for the homeowner - drastically reducing the homeowner’s risk. Stipulation for payment schedules, inclusion and exclusion lists, schedule of values, a minimum number of site visits per week, warranties, and much more are made clear in the bids. • Contractor Introduction:
  Upon receiving our recommended general contractor's portfolios, you'll be able to review them and contact any of the general contractors who catch your eye.
• Coordinate Bids and Sign:
  Meetings are held with the preferred GCs so the homeowner can get to know them better and decide on the best fit for the project.
